The CMU basement wall foundation of this two-story condominium building was failing rapidly and needed immediate attention to avert disaster. STRUXC-MC was contracted to shore up the building structure and remove and replace foundation with a new CMU reinforced wall. Work included excavation, water proofing, new drain tile and reinstallation of brick veneer affected by failure.
