STRUXC-MC restored the integrity and appearance of a single-story brick building featuring ornamental limestone details on Chicago’s North Side, located alongside the 606 Trail in Logan Square. The east masonry wall had experienced significant aging and deterioration, and our team rebuilt and reinforced the structure to support long-term stability.
Our scope included shoring and reconstructing compromised masonry, resetting coping stones and ornamental metal, replacing damaged limestone, installing new steel beams and lintels with proper flashing and weeps, and coordinating electrical fixture removal and reinstallation. In addition, a full roof replacement was completed, tying into the restored façade and strengthening the building envelope as a whole. This project reflects STRUXC-MC’s commitment to craftsmanship and delivering durable exterior solutions built to last.
